section outlines our Hire & Events working
terms & conditions
that we work by. When first undergoing work
we will ask you to visit our site and read
our policy of work. This is to ensure that
you are fully aware of the way we operate
and fully understand how we conduct business.
We may update this information as our policy's
change and ask that you look here from time
to time to keep up to date with policy. As
we are an internet based company and our
store is located here online any work or
services we provide are subject to our policy
that we display online. |

Agreement |
|
|
By
using ntc studios you agree to our terms and
conditions, that are detailed on our company
web site. ntc studios is an internet based company
and in so do not send this information out to
new customers, if you require a printed copy
please print this page.

| Hire |
|
|
By
Hiring equipment from ntc studios you agree
to our terms and conditions.
ntc studios hires equipment on a 3 tier system,
that fall into our standard rates:
• Per Day (9:00 - 5:00) • Per Hour • Per
Night (8:00 - 12:00)
Other than these hours please request a quote.
All equipment will be in fully working order
on delivery of pick up of equipment.
As the hirer of the equipment you will be fully
responsible for the equipment when in your
care.
If
in the event of equipment being returned is
damaged, broken,
or if stolen and not returned, you agree to
pay for replacement of goods and a l.o.d (loss
or
damage)
fine £200 charge
to be paid immediately.
The L.o.d is charged to you as the equipment
will be unable to be hired to another customer
when broken or stolen.
when hiring equipment ntc studios excepts
no liability for injury's caused when using
hired equipment or injury's to the public i.e.
injury from falling speakers, tripping over
cables,
electric shocks, fits caused from strobe
lighting etc. We defer public liability to
you the hirer and
by hiring
equipment
you
agree to these terms. Simply
it is your responsibility what you do with
the equipment or others do
to the equipment after hire.
Buy using ntc studios you agree to our working
terms.

| Events,
Dj hire, Dj & equipment hire |
|
|
When
booking ntc studios dj and equipment we require
a deposit of 50% to be paid on confirmation of
booking. This deposit is non refundable.
If you
require to cancel an event booking 1 weeks notice
will be required or you will be charge
for the full amount.
The equipment Hire will be subject to the same
conditions as hire as above.
Dj's will play a from when they are contracted
to play at a standard rate until 12:00 and there
after you will need to ask for a quote.
Dj's will not be subjected to abuse, shouting,
or any unpleasant behaviour. Treat a Dj's as
you would treat a guest. Any such conduct will
be
deemed as breach of contract in such as will
terminate the night.
Dj's equipment or personal belongs including
cd's, records, cd boxes, headphones, microphones
will be respected, any unauthorized use will
be unacceptable.
If any guests or people are found browsing
the Dj's CD, Records or equipment will be treated
as attempted theft. And you will be charge for
any property that the Dj reports missing or
damaged. |

What
does this mean?
It is unacceptable for Dj to be Spoken to or treated in any other way than
you would treat a guest, a Dj is a person, an artists doing his or her
best to give you a good night. Also it is unacceptable to browse though
there belongings, would you do that to one of your guests?
Think about your actions and respect the Dj. |
